What type of file is it? If it's a .doc file (Word document), you can just use "Save as" to make a fresh copy which you can then edit in Word. If it's a .pdf file you would need something like Adobe Acrobat (not the free Reader) to edit it. Or you could convert it to a .doc file and use Word. If your PDF reader doesn't include a "save as .doc" option, Google "convert pdf to doc" and choose one of the free converters it offers. The quality might suffer if the original has a complex layout. |
