| Fly tipping costs Councils ie Council Tax Payers hundreds of thousands of pounds a year. http://kb.keepbritaintidy.org/flytipping/Content/Publications/flylaw.pdf I don't think most people would fancy being on a 24 hr rota in order to catch those who misuse the recycling bins and to re-educate them! However if you do see someone there is no reason why you shouldn't offer any useful info you might have of nearest recycling options. |
