All very sad. Problem is the CPS and Hampshire Police took medical advice and issued the European arrest warrant while the local authority at the same time got a ward of court issued for Ashya in Portsmouth. All before the other info coming from parents and relatives were released.

The ward of court is to be reviewed at the High Court on Wed i believe,the same day the judge in Madrid decides.

Will the judge in Madrid make a decision or pass it on delaying matters further.

Not good for the parents to be separated and jailed but because of both Fridays actions taken the authorities in Madrid are in a difficult position.

As both parents are in unity over what is right i think the High court here should have sat on Monday and made a decision on the ward of court made in Portsmouth while the state intervened over the european Arrest Warrant and maybe we would not be in the position now.
