Robert I think some of the blame can be leveled at the medical team and our own week justice system in the UK. I think the parents disagreed with the medical team and wanted a procedure that the UK doesn’t provide, but the UK team in my opinion wouldn’t back down or discus any other option than their own. So the parents took matters into their own hands and discharged him from hospital and headed for where the procedure they wanted for their child was performed. I think the actions of the medical team and the police in this country are to blame for the outcome so far, as the Spanish take their legal system a differently than the UK's wishy washy System,where making a child a ward of court doesn’t really do a lot.  On the news tonight, it was said the it will take the judge until Thursday to make up his mind, weather to deport the parents back to the UK. The child’s Grandmother recons that there is a possibility that the child can died in the hospital he is being kept in a the moment. They also wont let his brother or any of the other members of his family visit him in hospital, which I feel is very wrong. While the legal people talk (there good at that ) this young lad is getting no treatment, and all the medical team in the UK can say “I'm sorry the communication broke down between us and the family”
