| Not that long ago there was a lengthy thread on W4 complaining about persistent flytipping around this recycling location. Reading the OP, I imagine that local councillors have asked for the mobile Hawkeye CCTV cameras that Hounslow acquired a number of years ago to monitor this location in an effort to identify who the flytippers are and assist the police in their subsequent prosecution. If so, this appears to be an effective way of trying to resolve the problem. |
