The younger residents amongst us would probably put up with a possible 10 years of disruption (that was the time scale to renew every M4 support many years ago) to see the end result. Some of the older residents amongst us would not be around to see the benefits of all the the work that maybe carried out, so might opt for pastures new for some peace and quiet . |
