I had a similar problem. Your server provider (BT Infinity in this case) are duty bound to arrange an engineers visit with BT Openreach. I'm guessing but the problem probably exists at the phone exchange, and the landline is being used by another customer (this happened to me). Tell them you want an engineer asap and full compensation for no service. Do not take no for an answer on both requests. |
