People that don't clear up after their dog are as bad as the dog and obviously have no consideration for others.The little park where I take my dog in Harverd Hill is a terrific little park.It has a fenced off are with swings etc for the kids to play on and a small grassed are where dogs can have a run.As it is a small place and tucked out of the way, the people that take their dogs there are usually residents that live close by Until recently, you knew that if the kids wanted to kick a ball about on the grassy area, it was perfectly safe to do so as all the dog walkers cleared up after their dogs.The council have even installed 3 dog waste bins so there is no excues not to use them.But recently someone is walking their dog (s) there are not bothering and it is spoiling it for everyone else.So if it is you letting their dogs crap all over our little park.CLEAR IT UP.
