It's a total disgrace. Nice fresh pile right outside Sutton Court in Fauconberg Road this morning as well. The morons who let their dogs do this couldn't give a toss what any of us think. They have no social conscience. It is pointless appealing to their sense of civic duty, they have none. I've said it before and I will say it again. All dogs should by law be DNA chipped and registered / licensed. The license fee would pay for dog patrols who would take samples from piles of crap left on our streets, trace the dog owner, and levy an instant and painful fine, say £500 for a first offence. Subsequent offences attract fines of £2,000 and if not paid, the dog is removed and they are banned from keeping another dog. This is the only way we will ever solve this social disease of selfish and moronic dog owners who allow their pets to cause such filth and inconvenience on our streets. We like dog owners who look after their pets and clean up after them. We want everyone to behave like that. Why should we tolerate it any longer? It's a disgrace.
