You are correct in saying I have probably moved without informing the DVLA immediately.Again, In fact, the last time I moved, I didn't ever inform the DVLA of my change of address.Again, I am not saying I agree with this law, just how law adds weight to the councils case Yes, thank god for people like Richard who knows the road traffic laws inside out.Isn't it about time he was knighted. |
