Q. Im sure some law exists where Bailiffs and court orders can not be acted upon at another address other than the one at the time of the court case and if so they have to go back to court.

I'm only going on something like that which i remember was on one of those Bailiff tv progs. But it may only be a case of giving you a little more time. I think andy is correct in what he says.
