I'd say that was pretty well spot on. If you can get one or two days casual work you can probably earn more as a single person than you'd get on JSA anyway, I would have thought all the Daily Mail readers that populate this Forum would be highly delighted that people aren't claiming. But this situation is far from being the success story the government insists it is. People aren't afraid of hard work but they would like the rate for the job and to be treated properly. |
