I bought a cheap Tesco's own brand years ago - it has a ceramic inner, and it is still going strong. It gets lots of use in the cold weather and the food is yummy! If you can afford them I recommend lamb shanks or just best end of neck if not. As for oxtail - to die for! I've not seen one with a metal inner, you could cook more and freeze half with a bigger cooker. |
