If the item is SNAD speak to ebay as they are likely to offer you free return postage provided the item doesn't exceed parcelforce's max size. Alternatively, if the seller is a trader who hasn't put an exclusion on the listing, I think that under the distance selling regulations the seller is liable for the cost of the return postage. No idea how you enforce that though! You may also be able to use Collect+ or Myhermes who give tracked delivery at half the price of the Post Office. |
