| Do they open the upstairs at the Cafe Rouge these days? For a long time they didn't, or not very often. Many years ago it was lovely to have Sunday brunch in the upstairs room overlooking the river. The service was always Manyana as at all Cafe Rouges I have been to, but that wasn't a worry on a Sunday and sitting and chatting on a sunny Sunday morning, browsing the newspapers and having a delicious lunch with river views was quite a treat. |
