Hazel dear, and Pete...let me explain. Your post amounted to straight down the line character assassination which, true or false, was almost certainly actionable. What you clearly don't realise is that the owners of this site might ALSO be subject/liable to a serious action as the publishers or your original handiwork. Because when you libel someone it's not just you who commits the libel but also the newspaper/media outlet that publishes it. That's why it was whipped off pronto. Good job too.. Now be a sensible love and take your understandable anger off-line.. |
