I'd be nervous about doing that for the reason that there's what, 5/6 inches from the loadbearing wall to the plasterboard? You'd then have to use a pretty thick bolt to ensure there wasn't any flex, so as to avoid the plasterboard getting shredded by any movement, which would in turn present problems anchoring the bolt to the loadbearing wall without damaging it. Depending on the thickness of the plasterboard there are some pretty impressive bolts out there which will compress when tightened so won't rip out of the plasterboard, and if you used enough of them it should dissipate the load, but it certainly sounds like a tricky problem.
