| Many years ago I had one of these £25 to the office of fair trading and an interview from a trading standards bod and job done in about 2 weeks. This is now under the auspices of The FCA (new version of FSA) The online website defeated me so had to ring them .The online form is a 23 page nightmare ,they take my £500 !!!!! straight away and guess how long it takes to be approved?????? 6 months. ill be dead by then. Is this what is known as progress? |
