From what I have seen, Benedict Cumberbatch is great at playing Benedict Cumberbatch-type characters and Danny Dyer is great at playing Danny Dyner-type characters.  Whether they can actually play each other's types has never yet been tested as they are only ever cast to type.  Does that make either a good actor?  Nope.
