| I am also one of those who got good service and my permit arrived in time without fuss. Chris Blishen you should think beyond yourself and your age group; demanding that everything should be on line or via some sort of electronic device. My mother and mother in law are 88 and 92 respectively and never learnt to use a computer so all the demands that everything has to be sent via email or downloaded etc. are well beyond them and leave them feeling excluded and insecure. At the very least a dual system will have to stay in place for at least 20 years to come and the absence of any ability to communicate with a person is a shocker. |
