| Been suffering back pain for the last few weeks and have tried everything from Nhs doctor / physio to excercises every day and still cant seem to cure it although it has got a bit better. I dont take any medication for it as i feel it just masks the pain and wont solve the problem. So the question is Would acupuncture be any good (although i am not particulary fond of needles) if so can someone recomend a acupuncture specialist around W4. Massage as in deep tissue etc would this help and if so can anyone recomend similar in W4 or what else can i try ? thanks vinny |
