| So tonight the flyover going westbound and the route underneath onto the A4 was closed, but according to TFL info the flyover was open tonight. Great coordination by the powers that be at Tfl. A4 westward from the flyover had no traffic at all, nonetheless no changes to traffic light phasing at the Hogarth R/A!! |
