Or just a plain nutter or someone with mental health issues. Could be a range of reasons why including maybe stopping someone committing a theft from a parked car. That has happened a few times over the last year without any serious mishap. Did a man tree felling for the Council not get stabbed a few times not to long ago because she could not walk past on that particular part of the pavement and came back for some revenge. |
