Hi

We live in a converted terrace house on the top floor and the neighbours below have always been a bit noisy. We can hear them talking, hear their TV, and the big problem is we hear them walking up and down on their wooden flooring which is very loud.

We've decided we've had enough and need to do something about it. We have tried talking to them and they are a bit quieter but it's still noisy.

Has anyone had any experience of soundproofing a converted Victorian terrace. Does it work? Is it expensive?
