| I got a quote from Economic Moves and Goddards, based on recommendations on here. Goddards was slightly cheaper, but the cheapness was because he proposed moving large antique items of furniture *on his own*. This was a relatively difficult move with large pieces of furniture going up and down stairs and I thought it was a ridiculous suggestion. (Economic Moves sent three guys who were efficient and charming.) Mr Goddards was also late for the quote appt and didn't bother to let me know, which I didn't think was a good start. |
