Busy Watersports retailer needs shop manager for their Chiswick Store situated on Power Rd. Applicants must have some Scuba diving knowledge, Proven track record of management in a retail environment. Managemnt of all staff, stock control, customer service and increase sales.

Responsibilities;

· Sales Turnover – Maintaining and Increasing sales through the Shop
· Weekly reporting of the Shop profitability/margin & providing recommendations to line manager
· Maintain and increase margin to meet measurement criteria
· Customer service and satisfaction in all areas of the business
· Staff – Recruiting, Inductions, Scheduling, Hiring, terminating, leave
· Keeping up to date with market place ie products, specials, destinations
· Accuracy of cash transactions and safety of cash held
· Stockholding
· Managing Dispatch department in absence of Dispatch Manage
