| An opportunity to join Cotton Twist Ltd as a Dispatch Assistant Cotton Twist is a Chiswick based craft kit & gift company, formed in January 2015 & growing at pace. The company is looking to recruit a conscientious candidate with strong organisational skills to assist the day to day operations team, including dispatch & customer queries. Cotton Twist offers an extensive range of gift products, most involving a child’s craft activity. Many of the orders are personalised pieces. The company sells through its own website, as well as through marketplaces such as Not on The High Street, Etsy, Friends of Joules & Faire Wholesale. We are looking for 37.5 hours per week to include the following responsibilities: • Picking and packing customer orders from various ecommerce sites • Weigh, label and sort all outgoing packaging • Identifying and selecting appropriate delivery method • Picking and packing orders for wholesale customers • Booking parcels going abroad • Processing stock deliveries • General warehouse & packing stock management duties when necessary • Courier company relationships • Oversee collection and ensure completeness & timely delivery of all packages • Receive and identify return packages, log & redeliver package • Assist on an any administrative tasks as may be required from time to time • Clearing waste from the office • Occasional assembly of craft kits For the right candidate, there is ample space to grow in this fun and creative environment, and to be a core part of the team as the business grows. Ideal skill set: • Prior experience in dispatch environment • Attention to detail & a sense of pride in your work • Organised • Dextrous, & capable of physical work.
