Office Administrator needed for small, busy architectural practice in British Grove W4. This job would suit someone with a methodical, ordered approach, who loves organising systems and working with a very cheerful team of people. We would consider a part time position if this would suit, or the role could become full time; this can be discussed. May suit someone who has experience in a similar job and is semi retired or only wants to work part time. IT and computer skills are essential.

Main Duties Office suppliers, maintenance Ensuring the office and building are well looked after. Ordering office supplies and answering the telephones. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. Filing. Admin and sending out invoices and statements. Maintaining administrative systems in the office, organising the digital filing system and archiving when required. Assisting all staff, photocopying and research
Document Control Assisting with document control using project management-based IT systems
Skills Applicant must be fluent in all aspects of Microsoft Office, and confident in other software packages such as Excel. Fluent in written and spoken English, with the right to work in the UK. .
